Does Oak Mountain Academy have bus service?

Oak Mountain Academy provides bus transportation for an added fee.  There are two bus stops in Douglasville (in the Kroger parking lot off Chapel Hill Road and in the Sam and Roscoe’s parking lot on Douglas Boulevard off Highway 5) and one in Villa Rica (in the Walmart parking lot, to the right near the Mexican restaurant off Highway 61).

Where do we get uniforms?

Lands’ End is the only authorized vendor for all school logo approved tops.  Their website is www.landsend.com/school and there is a link on our website under Admissions, Parents, and Student Life.  The uniform bottoms consist of khaki pants, shorts, skirts, and jumpers and can be obtained from any vendor.

What are the school start and dismiss times?

School starts at 8:15 in the lower, middle, and upper schools.  School dismisses at 3:00 in the lower school and 3:15 in the middle and upper schools.

Where do I pick up and drop off my child?

There are carpool lanes in front of each school.  Teachers load and unload students in cars for the lower school.  Middle school teachers supervise afternoon pick up in the middle school.
